  i have been reading all the posts on this, and watched all the proceedings.

  it is very shocking and the jw elders look really bad.

  that being said, if the secular authorities made mandatory reporting everywhere across the board, would that not close the jw stupid loophole ?

  They'll try to find a way around any law they don't want to obey. Do you really think they report all allegations of pedos even in mandatory reporting states now? Of course they don't.

  do you think it gives you credibility with others now that all the things you said were going on, actually are documented?

  And in that not-recorded phone call, the person at legal will find out where they live and then if they are in a mandatory reporting state, tell them to report it and if they are not in a mandatory reporting state will tell them NOT to report it. They ONLY EVER report when it is absolutely required by law.

  It isn't complicated at all. Every allegation of a crime should be reported to the police or to child protection authorities as the case may be. It is NOT UP TO THE ELDERS to determine whether the allegation has substance - that is for the authorities to decide.

  I actually didn't plan it that way - it was a mistake - but once I saw it that way I liked it. It was a rush job, though. I didn't have time to edit the sound the way I'd like either. :)

  I am working on a video montage of all the times one of the JWs being questioned is unable to give an answer to a question. "I don't recall." "I can't remember." "I don't know how to answer that." etc.
  
  If you are watching and notice that happening, please post which video and the time it appears: June 27, Part Two, 24:46, for example. I have downloaded all the videos so far and just need to weed through them. Even using the printed transcripts it has proved time consuming so far, so help would be appreciated. Thanks!
